This is a sales role
Real numbers, real accountability, real upside. You guide clients through the full made-to-measure experience - fabric, design, measurements, fit - and build a personal book of business you own for years.
What you'll actually do
Your day is split between client consultations and ownership of your sales portfolio. You advise on style, fabric, and fit. You take measurements. You handle fittings. You follow up on orders, bring clients back in, and turn one suit into a full wardrobe over time. You work the retail floor, keep the boutique sharp, and hit the sales targets that directly drive your commission.

- Base salary + uncapped commission - $55–70K at target in your first full year
- Top stylists earn $100K+

No made-to-measure experience needed. We train you on everything technical - fashion knowledge, fit, product, and our sales process. What we can't teach is hustle, taste, and the way you treat people.
Schedule
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00â18:00
Saturday: 10:00â17:00
Closed Sunday and Monday.
