Role Description The Residential Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coquitlam, BC. In this role, the specialist performs detailed cleaning tasks in private homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and surface polishing. Responsibilities also include organizing spaces as requested, cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces, and caring for carpets using appropriate tools and methods. The specialist is expected to follow standardized checklists, adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines, and meet SDC’s quality standards on every visit. Daily work involves traveling to client locations within the service area, communicating professionally with clients, and reporting any issues or supply needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, with a strong focus on thorough, detailed residential work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Cleaning to support occasional work in offices or other business environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Window Cleaning for interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Carpet care, including vacuuming and basic stain treatment.
- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
