We are looking for a dedicated Admin Back Office Executive to manage office administration and HR support. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to handle daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office files, documents, and records.
Handle data entry and prepare reports in MS Excel and Word.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
Respond to emails and phone calls professionally.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Maintain office inventory and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Good typing and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Time management and multitasking.
Basic HR knowledge
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
