Symbiotica is a specialist headhunting firm helping life sciences businesses build commercial, technical and leadership teams across North America and Europe.
We’re expanding our Montreal team and looking for a commercially minded recruiter or sales professional who combines ambition with a commitment to excellent client service.
The opportunity
In this full 360 role, you’ll develop client relationships, win recruitment assignments and headhunt talented professionals. You’ll manage the process from the first conversation through to placement, building a specialist portfolio through market knowledge, mentorship and consistent delivery.

About you
You have experience in recruitment, sales or business development and can demonstrate your ability to create opportunities and build relationships.
You communicate confidently, enjoy opening conversations and follow through on your commitments. You’re motivated by commercial success and understand that lasting results depend on earning the trust of clients and candidates.
Life sciences experience is welcome; curiosity and a willingness to develop specialist knowledge are essential.
