Syncad is a commercial general contractor based in Edmonton, working across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan on institutional and commercial projects - including modular classroom additions for school divisions and interior fit-ups. We're growing our field team and looking for people who take pride in the work and want to build something with us.
CARPENTERS
What we're after:
- Journeyman or experienced carpenters with commercial/institutional background
- Solid framing, forming, finishing, and blueprint-reading skills
- Comfortable working to schedule and to spec on active job sites
- Own hand tools, reliable transportation, and a strong safety mindset
SITE SUPERINTENDENT
What we're after:
- Proven experience running commercial or institutional job sites start to finish
- Strong on scheduling, subtrade coordination, quality, and safety/COR compliance
- Able to read drawings, manage RFIs and daily reporting, and keep a site moving
- Someone owners and consultants trust to be the face of the project on site
