Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong Payments domain expertise and hands-on test automation skills. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities, support testing strategy and execution, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality payment solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing.
- 4+ years of experience in Payments, including exposure to Interac Compliance, Real-Time Rail (RTR), and Wires.
- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation across API and UI testing, with the ability to write and maintain automation code.
- Experience in creating and leading Test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Exposure to Non-Functional Testing (NFR), including accessibility, performance, reliability, and security testing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
- Financial services or banking industry experience is an asset.
