Under the direction of Regional Human Capital Manager, you will collaborate with organizational leaders in the factory to align human resources strategies with business goals. You will serve as a strategic advisor and ensure leadership and workforce development, engagement, and performance. Key responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and compliance. The HRBP uses data-driven insights to guide decision-making and works closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth and culture.
