Context
The ALTO project relies on a complex digital ecosystem of digital solutions spanning IT, BIM and GIS, data, document management, collaboration, engineering, and operations.
The Digital Solutions Portfolio Specialist will contribute to managing the portfolio of digital solutions, monitoring vendors, and overseeing deployments.
Missions/Main Duties
Digital Portfolio Management
- Maintain the mapping of the project’s digital solutions.
- Monitor the application portfolio and roadmaps.
- Contribute to the assessment of business needs and the selection of new solutions.
- Participate in defining the platform evolution strategy.
Procurement and Contract Management
- Participate in the procurement processes for digital solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of specifications and requests for proposals.
- Monitor vendors and technology partners.
- Participate in the budget tracking of software contracts.
Solution Deployment
- Monitor deployment plans.
- Coordinate business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
- Produce adoption and performance tracking indicators.
- Contribute to change management and user communications.
Profile/Skills
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science.
- Interest in information systems management, digital transformation, and project management.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management would be an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
