About Tactx
Tactx Project Sales & Marketing is a Kelowna-based real estate sales, marketing company specializing in residential development projects.
We work closely with developers, property owners and industry partners to bring new residential communities to market, support project sales and execute leasing strategies for multifamily developments throughout the Okanagan.
As our portfolio of projects continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team.
About the Opportunity
This is a project-focused leasing opportunity, not a traditional property management position.
The successful candidate will support the leasing of purpose-built rental communities, newly completed residential developments and developer-owned property portfolios.
We are looking for someone who understands the new-development environment, communicates confidently with prospective residents, follows up consistently and takes ownership of their assigned responsibilities.
A valid BC real estate licence is strongly preferred. However, we will also consider unlicensed applicants who have demonstrated experience in new-development project sales, pre-sales or multifamily leasing.
Responsibilities and opportunities will be structured according to each candidate’s licensing status and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate inquiries, appointments and follow-up activities for assigned residential projects.
* Conduct property tours and present available homes, amenities, pricing and leasing incentives where appropriately licensed or otherwise legally authorized.
* Support prospective residents throughout the application and leasing process.
* Maintain accurate prospect records, showing schedules and leasing pipeline updates.
* Work closely with the Tactx team, developers, property managers and brokerage partners.
* Provide regular feedback on prospect activity, market conditions and leasing performance.
* Support marketing initiatives, project launches and open-house activities within the scope of applicable licensing requirements.
* Maintain professional communication, confidentiality and responsible management of assigned project leads.
Qualifications
Preferred
* Active BC real estate licence ( Rental Property Management).
* Experience in purpose-built rental lease-ups, new-home project sales or presale developments.
* Experience leasing or selling multiple units within a single residential development.
* Knowledge of the Kelowna and Central Okanagan real estate market.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, digital lead management and online leasing platforms.
For Applicants Without a Real Estate Licence
We welcome applicants without a current BC real estate licence who bring relevant, demonstrable experience in developer project sales, new-development marketing, presales or multifamily leasing.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of the project sales or leasing process and be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Duties requiring licensing will be performed only by appropriately authorized individuals.

Compensation & Opportunities
This is a commission-based, project-oriented opportunity, with compensation established for each assignment.
Initial work will focus on residential leasing, with potential opportunities to participate in additional developments and future project launches as our portfolio expands.
Assignments and income will vary based on project availability, individual responsibilities and performance. No minimum earnings or assignment volume is guaranteed.
