This role oversees the full scope of construction activities across an assigned commercial real estate portfolio in Québec. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver landlord improvements, tenant-related projects, and building capital initiatives across multiple sites.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager leads project planning, execution, and oversight for construction and investment initiatives across the portfolio. The role manages internal technicians and project teams, guides vendor performance, reviews budgets and schedules, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction, redevelopment, and major repair projects from planning to delivery.
- Manage internal project managers, coordinators, and technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
- Review and approve budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to meet timelines, financial targets, and safety requirements.
- Lead vendor management, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and cost control.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to operations and capital projects.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the construction team.
Desired Candidate
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience working with owners, landlords, developers, or commercial real estate organizations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and project delivery.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- LEED accreditation considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities across various locations.

Work Arrangement
