Marketing At TallGrass And Job Summary
We’re neither an agency nor a one-brand shop. Our 14-person marketing team shapes how Canadians discover, trust, and choose our brands - across independent retailers, national chains like Walmart and Loblaws, and a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business spanning Amazon and brand-specific Shopify sites. This is hands-on, high-impact work where creativity, data, and purpose meet.
Marketing sits at the centre of our growth and team members have the opportunity to:
- Work across 14 diverse, natural brands
- Build both retail and ecommerce expertise
- See your work in the market - and in people’s lives
- Be part of a company that measures success by impact, not just revenue
- Have fun with a great group of people
Are you a strategic ecommerce leader with experience scaling digital channels profitably. We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to lead our growth on Amazon, and drive performance across multiple DTC Shopify properties.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a balance of channel strategy, team coaching, and commercial discipline. You will own revenue targets, optimize full-funnel customer journeys while protecting brand integrity and leading execution through a dedicated team. You will be the architect of our digital growth, leveraging tools like Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Helium10 and Shopify Plus to scale revenue across our portfolio.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work and the benefits of in-person strategy sessions and mentorship.
