We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead the development, enhancement, and support of enterprise mainframe applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Mainframe application development, maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
- Develop and maintain complex COBOL programs and JCL jobs.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective mainframe solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and support end-to-end application delivery.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Mainframe experience
- Mainframe – Intermediate (Mandatory)
- JCL – Advanced (Mandatory)
- COBOL – Advanced (Mandatory)
- SQL – Expert (Mandatory)
- Teradata Database – Preferred
- DB2 Database – Preferred

- Strong experience working in enterprise Mainframe environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
