- Good years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and operational processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional business, security, and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish trusted relationships with business and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business needs, objectives, risks, and challenges.
- Support strategic planning, demand intake, prioritization, and business case development.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and actionable outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical and cybersecurity teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, training, and business readiness activities.
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and assist with benefits realization reviews.
- Develop and maintain technical, operational, and process documentation.""
