Deployment Lead
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deployment, ITS, or IT project management experience.
- Formal training and strong understanding of project management principles preferred.
- Experience in information systems operations, service management, systems analysis, or application development.
- Advanced knowledge of software development and service management lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive task completion.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.
- Proven experience developing resolutions, plans, and strategies for operational advancement.
- Sound management techniques with experience in operational improvement and issue resolution.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry and business trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment activities and coordinate project implementation efforts.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of deployment objectives.
- Support service management, operational readiness, and system implementation activities.
- Develop and execute deployment plans, operational strategies, and risk mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor deployment progress and resolve issues impacting delivery timelines.
- Drive operational improvements and enhance deployment processes and standards.
- Provide status updates and executive-level communications on deployment initiatives.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
