Role Description:
Key Responsibilities
ITSM Transition Analyst
- Support transition of new services into production environments.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service management standards.
- Track transition milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare service documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
- Work with support teams to ensure successful handover.
Network Junior Engineer
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and performance issues.
- Support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN environments.
- Assist with network configuration and implementation activities.
- Monitor network alerts and escalate critical issues.
- Maintain network documentation and inventory.
Analytics Specialist
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support service performance reporting and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
Must-Have Skills
- ITIL/ITSM concepts and service management processes
- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching)
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting tools
- SQL and database fundamentals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Documentation and process mapping skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Shell)
- Network monitoring tools
- Automation and process improvement experience
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
