Varicent Developer
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions using Varicent or similar incentive compensation platforms.
- Build data integrations, compensation calculations, reporting, and data validation processes using strong SQL skills.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SPM applications and data processes.
- Support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance activities.
- Utilize Python for automation and data analysis where applicable.
Required Skills
- Experience with Varicent or similar Incentive Compensation Management (ICM/SPM) platforms.
- Strong SQL expertise, including data integration, reporting, and data validation.
- Experience working with compensation calculation processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and production support experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python for automation and data analysis.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
