About the Role
As a member of Team Green, you'll continue to build and run your own business while tapping into shared resources, a unified brand, and in-house partners that help you win listings, serve clients, and close deals smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction
- Grow and manage your own client base and referral network
- Collaborate with our in-house stager to prepare listings for market
- Work with our in-house mortgage agent to support clients with financing
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Represent the Team Green brand with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Active, registered real estate licence in good standing.
- Proven track record as an established REALTOR®
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client service skills
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
