Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineering professional to support a multi-year initiative to modernize and expand an enterprise-wide messaging platform for Wealth Management.
The platform will consolidate marketing and transactional messaging systems into a unified, secure, scalable solution supporting digital engagement, client communications, regulatory requirements, and future business acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the target-state architecture for a highly scalable, resilient enterprise messaging platform.
- Lead onboarding, integration, and migration of new business units and messaging applications.
- Integrate and consolidate existing platforms such as Salesforce, Broadcom, e*Trade Smart Alerts, and e-Delivery.
- Ensure platform security, governance, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership across planning, development, migration, and steady-state operations.
- Identify and mitigate architectural and operational risks.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Network Security, Digital Marketing, Architecture, and business teams.
Required Experience
- Senior-level experience in enterprise messaging, integration, and distributed systems.
- Strong background designing high-volume, highly available enterprise platforms.
- Experience with large-scale system integration, migration, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of security, resiliency, scalability, and performance.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and work across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
