Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apache Camel XML DSL routes in Spring Boot applications, integrate SOAP, REST, and GraphQL APIs, and transform XML and JSON messages. Write automated integration tests, maintain API documentation, support technology upgrades, and use AI-assisted tools; senior-level responsibilities also include leading integration design, reviewing code, and mentoring team members.
Requirements
Requires at least 6 years of Java development and hands-on Apache Camel 3.x+ experience using XML DSL, plus at least 3 years of production experience with Spring Boot 3.x+ and Hibernate/JPA. Candidates should have experience integrating financial or core banking systems, strong XML/JSON processing and integration testing knowledge, and working knowledge of Maven, Git, and Docker.
