Privileged Access Engineer (PAM) with AI Capabilities
Location: Montreal, QC
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite
Role Overview
Seeking a Privileged Access Engineer (PAM) to design, implement, and support enterprise PAM solutions while leveraging AI/ML capabilities for threat detection, automation, risk analysis, and security monitoring.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Cybersecurity / IAM / PAM experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or equivalent PAM tools
- Strong knowledge of IAM, Active Directory, RBAC, MFA, and authentication
- Experience implementing Least Privilege and Zero Trust security controls
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud security
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or scripting/automation
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to cybersecurity, threat detection, or security analytics
- Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and security monitoring skills
- Ability to work 3 days/week onsite in Montreal
Nice-to-Have
- Experience integrating PAM with SIEM/SOAR platforms
- AI-driven security analytics or behavioral analysis experience
- CISSP, CISM, CyberArk, or other cybersecurity certifications
- Financial services / banking experience
