8-10 years of IAM/IGA experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta administration.
Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta environments.
Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, reports, and customizations.
Troubleshoot SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, directory synchronization, and user access issues.
Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, certifications, and governance processes.
Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and identity protocols.
Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and implement security best practices.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
