Are you an experienced Structural Engineer ready to take the lead on exciting commercial and industrial projects?
We’re looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer & Project Manager to join a collaborative engineering and construction team in Winnipeg.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead structural design projects from concept through construction
• Design structures using steel, reinforced concrete, wood, masonry & foundations
- Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications & technical reports
- Review shop drawings and project documents
- Conduct site inspections and structural assessments
- Manage project schedules, budgets and client relationships
- Mentor junior engineers and structural drafters
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 10+ years of structural engineering experience
✅ Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
✅ Eligible for P.Eng. registration in Manitoba
✅ Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes & standards
✅ Experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete
✅ Commercial and/or industrial project experience
✅ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Bonus: Experience with design-build/EPCM, warehouses, multi-unit residential, mining/heavy industrial projects, steel connection design, or Microsoft Project.
