🚨 HIRING: WATERPROOFING ESTIMATOR / MANAGER 🚨

Are you an experienced Waterproofing Estimator or Building Envelope professional looking for an opportunity to take the lead and help build a growing division?
We’re currently seeking a Waterproofing Estimator / Manager to join a well-established commercial and industrial contractor in the GTA.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and tender packages
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Estimate below-grade, foundation & blindside waterproofing
- Work on plaza decks, traffic coatings & specialty systems
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts & site conditions
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, GCs & consultants
- Support project planning and handoff from estimating to construction
- Help develop estimating processes and grow the waterproofing division
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–5+ years of waterproofing, roofing experience required
✔️ Previous construction estimating experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and installation methods
✔️ Ability to read architectural, structural & engineering drawings
✔️ Strong quantity take-off and pricing skills
✔️ Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, or similar tools
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
✔️ Leadership mindset with an interest in growing a division
