Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 8+ years of BSA experience
2.) Strong hands-on experience inquiring and maintaining data on Mainframe screens – MUST HAVE
3.) Strong hands-on experience inquiring and maintaining data on API/Postman – MUST HAVE
4.)Strong experience within Scaled Agile framework
5.) Strong understanding of Behavior Driven Development for writing user stories
6.) Strong experience using Jira and Confluence
7.) Strong testing and gap analysis
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Someone who has an engineering mindset
2.) Strong problem-solving skills
3.) Strong Stakeholder Management skills
4.) Strong Teamwork/Collaboration/Communication
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Customer data experience
2.) Previous banking or Financial experience
3.) Microsoft 365 Copilot/Github Copilot experience
