Vous êtes un développeur stratégique, orienté croissance et capable d’ouvrir des marchés au Canada et aux États-Unis?
Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) aux ventes – Développement des affaires pour soutenir et accélérer notre expansion en Amérique du Nord.
Votre mission
Relevant de la direction, vous serez responsable de :
- Développer activement le marché canadien et américain
- Identifier des opportunités stratégiques dans les secteurs de la construction, l’événementiel, le BESS
- Approcher entrepreneurs généraux, firmes d’ingénierie, distributeurs et partenaires stratégiques
- Établir des partenariats durables à l’échelle nord-américaine
- Préparer et négocier des ententes commerciales majeures
- Effectuer des déplacements au Canada et aux États-Unis
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux du pipeline de ventes et des indicateurs de performance
- Représenter l’entreprise lors d’événements et salons industriels
Profil recherché
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement des affaires
- Expérience concrète dans le domaine de la construction, des génératrices ou équipements industriels
- Connaissance du marché nord-américain (Canada / États-Unis)
- Bilinguisme obligatoire français / anglais (niveau professionnel)
- Forte capacité de négociation et vision stratégique
- Autonomie, leadership et orientation résultats
- Disponibilité pour déplacements fréquents
Atouts majeurs
- Réseau établi au Canada et/ou aux États-Unis
- Connaissance des normes et réalités réglementaires nord-américaines
- Expérience en vente de solutions techniques ou équipements spécialisés

Sales Representative – Business Development

Are you familiar with the North American construction and generator markets?
Are you a strategic business developer, growth-oriented and capable of opening markets across Canada and the United States?
We are looking for a Sales Representative – Business Development to support and accelerate our expansion across North America.
Your Mission
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:
- Actively developing the Canadian and U.S. markets
- Identifying strategic opportunities within the construction, event, and BESS sectors
- Approaching general contractors, engineering firms, distributors, and strategic partners
- Establishing long-term partnerships across North America
- Preparing and negotiating major commercial agreements
- Traveling across Canada and the United States to develop business
- Maintaining a rigorous follow-up on the sales pipeline and performance indicators
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
Desired Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development
- Proven experience in construction, generators, or industrial equipment sectors
- Knowledge of the North American market (Canada / United States)
- Fluent bilingualism (French / English) – professional level required
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset
- Autonomous, leadership-driven, and results-oriented
- Availability for frequent travel
Major Assets
- Established network in Canada and/or the United States
- Knowledge of North American regulatory standards and industry practices
- Experience selling technical solutions or specialized equipment
