About You
You are a proven, self-driven professional with extensive operations experience ready to take on commercializing first-of-a-kind technologies in a fast-paced startup environment. You have a passion for engaging people and different cultures to implement technologies that will transform the world. You embrace learning and experimentation, constantly seeking ways to innovate and push boundaries.
You are hands-on, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a setting where agility and resourcefulness are key. Your expertise in downhole completions and your entrepreneurial mindset equips you to deliver results that make a real-world impact.
What You Bring
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong math skills including a basic understanding of limited entry pressure drop design.
- A proven ability to excel in entrepreneurial environments with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in managing customer pipelines, CRM, and setting pricing with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with willingness to travel the world up to 180 days a year and work with different cultures and comfortable presenting and selling in any environment.
- Knowledge of downhole completions systems including stimulation sleeves, liner hangers, running tools, and flow control devices.
Professional Experience:
- 8+ years of operations experience in field, technical services (applications engineering), or technical sales roles with at least 4 years focused on downhole completions.
- A proven track record with new technology deployments in an operations role.
- Extensive experience interacting with technical customers, international experience is an asset.
- Bachelors degree/diploma or equivalent industry experience.
