Pluses● Previous experience in storyboarding or story development.
- Animation or character-performance experience.
- Experience working on animated features, live-action previs or cinematics.
- Familiarity with editing and the ability to think about sequences editorially rather than as isolated shots.
What We're Looking ForAbove all, we're looking for storytellers.
Technical proficiency is important, but the strongest candidate will understand why a camera is where it is, why a particular lens supports the moment, when the camera should move - and when it shouldn't - and how staging, performance, composition, and editing work together to tell a story.
We are looking for artists who bring ideas to the table, collaborate well, take direction, and approach previs as filmmaking rather than simply 3D shot construction.
