Senior Full Stack Developer – Edmonton, AB | Hybrid / Mostly Remote
We are looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Developers for a 12-month contract opportunity supporting large-scale digital solutions in Alberta.
The role is primarily remote, with up to 10% onsite work in Edmonton. Candidates must be able to perform the work from within Canada.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working on complex software solutions within Agile teams
- 5+ years of experience with Git or other collaborative source-control tools
- 3+ years of experience with automated unit and integration testing
- 3+ years working with relational and/or alternative database technologies
- 3+ years developing production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an accepted equivalent
Nice to Have
- C#/.NET Core, Node.js or Python/Django
- CI/CD and modern software architecture/design patterns
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Generative AI, RAG or agentic AI tooling experience
- Experience working with UX, service design or human-centered design teams
Contract Details
- 12-month contract with potential extension
- Edmonton, Alberta – primarily remote with up to 10% onsite
- Full-time schedule (7.25 hours/day)
• CAD $100/hour on Incorp
- Work must be performed within Canada
