Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modern frontend frameworks, databases, cloud technologies, and technical team leadership.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Backend
- Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Hibernate/JPA and REST API development.
- Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Frontend
- Angular or React.
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Responsive UI development and API integration.
Database
- SQL, database design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
- Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Tools and DevOps
- Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
- Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Cloud exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Logging and monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk, or Prometheus.
Testing
- JUnit and Mockito.
- Unit testing, integration testing, and code-quality tools such as SonarQube.
Leadership and Soft Skills
- Proven experience leading a full stack development team.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
