Banff Lake Louise Tourism (BLLT) is seeking a part-time Manager, Event Operations, to lead the onsite delivery of iconic winter events, including In Search of Christmas Spirit and SnowDays Festival.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during event periods. Hours range from 25 to 37.5 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week, scheduled according to operational and event needs.
This hands-on leadership role is for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, makes confident decisions under pressure, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Seasonal employment agreements can range from late October - early March, dependent on your availability.
- Christmas event: November 12, 2026 - January 3, 2027
- SnowDays festival period: January 21 - February 7, 2027
