We are seeking a results-oriented professional to support the delivery of priorities across Canada Risk & Compliance. This individual contributor role translates established business priorities into practical solutions that strengthen employee capability, engagement, knowledge sharing, operational effectiveness, and decision-making.
The role provides hands-on expertise across learning and communications, digital solutions, data analytics, reporting, process improvement, and project delivery. Working with leaders and stakeholders across Canada Risk & Compliance, the successful candidate will lead assigned initiatives, develop recommendations, coordinate implementation, and measure results without direct people leadership accountability.
What You Will Do
Planning and Business Improvement
- Translate business priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, and practical business solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and identify capability or process gaps.
- Support integrated planning, intake, prioritization, and capacity-planning activities.
- Develop options and recommendations to simplify and improve processes, tools, controls, and employee experiences.
- Provide analysis and insights to support planning and business decisions.
Enablement, Communications and Adoption
- Lead the design and delivery of assigned initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
- Develop learning, communications, employee engagement, change support, and organizational-readiness solutions.
- Coordinate town halls, employee events, communication campaigns, awareness initiatives, and enablement activities.
- Create documentation, training, and user support that enable adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, self-service, and continuous learning.
Digital Solutions, Data and Analytics
- Design, build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, workflows, automation, and business tools.
- Use Power BI and data analytics to identify trends, monitor performance, and translate findings into useful business insights.
- Maintain SharePoint content, user experiences, and knowledge-management solutions in alignment with established standards and governance.
- Develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate, and emerging technologies.
- Support automation and AI-related initiatives by developing practical, reusable, and well-documented solutions.
Performance, Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain measures, dashboards, and status reporting for assigned projects and initiatives.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
- Prepare clear updates, insights, options, and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
- Build effective working relationships and coordinate across teams to support timely delivery.
- Escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions when required.
Project and Initiative Delivery

Manage assigned projects and workstreams through planning, execution, implementation, and outcome tracking.
What You Bring
- Experience translating business priorities and requirements into practical solutions and deliverables.
- Experience delivering initiatives across enablement, learning, communications, employee engagement, change, organizational effectiveness, or process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and Power BI.
- Experience managing projects or workstreams, including plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation activities.
- Experience developing or maintaining digital solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate, or related tools.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and follow through on commitments.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and business-writing skills.
- Ability to influence and coordinate others without formal authority.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, Financial Services, Audit, or another regulated environment is an asset.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or other scripting and data technologies is an asset.
Education and Experience
- University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Compliance, Operations, Learning, Communications, or a related field.
- Typically requires 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in enablement, business delivery, technology enablement, data and reporting, process improvement, project delivery, operations, compliance, or a related field.

The base salary for this position is between $70,800.00 - $120,800.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
