Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Technician in the Niagara Region! In this role, you will provide excellent customer experience to homeowners post-closing during in home repairs and consultations. This role is located in the Brantford, ON. This posting is for a replacement position. The expected hourly wage for this role in $35.00 - $45.00/hour. This position is also eligible to participate in our short term incentive program.

What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma.
- 2-3 years of experience in the homebuilding industry or as a skilled trade.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Performs tasks under multiple trade functions such as residential construction, renovations and repairs as required by Construction Performance Guidelines or as directed.
- Effectively communicates and reports progress and trade interventions required to administrators and supervising technicians.
- This position may require technicians be available got “on-call” after regular hours for emergencies.
- Regularly review work orders for upcoming scheduled repairs and locate and retrieve necessary material to complete assigned work orders prior to repairs.
- Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with all associates and homeowners.
- Miscellaneous duties pertaining to community and job site cleanliness, maintenance, security etc.
- Suggest and make recommendations for process improvements.
