🚨 WE'RE HIRING | FULL-TIME EVENT PRODUCER
The Event Agency is growing, and we're looking for a talented, creative, and highly organized Event Producer to join our team in Montréal!
From corporate events and conferences to experiential marketing activations and brand experiences, we bring big ideas to life - and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for creating memorable experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for someone who loves both the creative and logistical sides of events. Someone who can take a project from concept to execution, manage the moving pieces, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What you'll be doing:
✨ Leading event planning, production, and on-site execution
✨ Developing creative concepts, mood boards, and event design presentations
✨ Translating client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging experiences
✨ Managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and client relationships
✨ Sourcing venues, décor, furniture, and custom event elements
✨ Collaborating with our team and creative partners to bring ideas to life
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- A creative eye and passion for event design
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves

📍 Full-time | Montréal-based | Hybrid
✈️ Travel and flexible event hours required
🚗 Valid driver's licence required
