The Account Manager, is a trusted partner to our clients and a collaborative member of the Ginger team. You’ll combine strong account and project management skills with a genuine interest in writing, organic social media and content development.
You’ll help guide client projects with authenticity, insight and creativity, ensuring work is delivered effectively while identifying opportunities to create more relevant, engaging and impactful content.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong client relationships and act as a day-to-day partner on assigned accounts.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs, actionable plans and content opportunities.
- Write and edit social, website, campaign and promotional copy.
- Develop organic social content ideas informed by client goals, audiences and current trends.
- Collaborate with creative, digital and account teams to deliver strong client work.
- Monitor content performance and provide practical recommendations.
- Contribute to Ginger’s broader strategic priorities and culture of collaboration.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or account management.
- Proven experience in client service and project management.
- Strong English writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing organic social content for brands or organizations.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset and an interest in emerging social and content trends.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Agency experience will be considered an asset.
