The Impact Ambassadors

The Impact Ambassadors (TIA) is a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, women, and communities through leadership development, mentorship, education, and community engagement. We are committed to raising leaders, strengthening communities, and creating lasting impact across Canada and beyond.

We work alongside young people and emerging leaders, ages 16 to 45, students, new graduates, entrepreneurs, and early to mid career professionals, who are looking for more than programming. They're looking for belonging, purpose, and a community that believes in who they're becoming.

Our Approach We lead with LEAD: Love, Excellence, Accountability, and Discipline. These values shape how we mentor, build programs, and show up for our community. Our tone is supportive rather than formal, closer to a trusted mentor than a traditional institution.

Our Programs Our work spans six pillars. Leadership Development brings mentorship, our Impact Quiz Challenge, and hands on workshops to emerging leaders. Community Development connects people through initiatives like Pilates with Purpose: Move with Impact and broader community support. Newcomer Integration includes wellness events and a Local Guides Initiative launching soon. Youth and Young Adult Empowerment centers on our Leadership and Purpose program. Women and Family Development runs through the Impact Women's Circle, our Vision Board Retreat, and gatherings like our Valentine hangout. Pathways to Work builds Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship support by connecting participants with Toronto employment agencies and professional networking.

Our Impact TIA has empowered over 500 youth and women, hosted 33 plus online events and webinars, delivered 14 leadership trainings and workshops, and supported 58 plus families.
