Responsibilities
Lead and organize the weekend housekeeping team, allocate daily tasks, and assist with housekeeping work as needed. Inspect guest rooms and shared areas, support and train team members, and coordinate room changes, arrivals, and departures with reception.
Requirements
Applicants must have experience leading a team in a similar accommodation or housekeeping role and be available to work weekends. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidence training and developing staff are required.
