Additional offerings such as Kingdom Radar (faith content intelligence), a creator marketplace, website design services, and a growing devotional journal line create multiple growth channels for a motivated marketer.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth Marketer role based in Guelph, ON, focused on commission-only earnings tied directly to revenue growth across a multi-product portfolio. The Growth Marketer will design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to scale user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for products such as Activity Vault, Vaneskald, Safe Passage, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing growth strategies, building and optimizing funnels, managing lead generation activities, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve results. The role also involves collaborating closely with the founder to refine product positioning, experiment with new distribution channels, and create repeatable playbooks for sustainable growth. This position is ideal for a self-directed professional comfortable with entrepreneurial risk and motivated by performance-based compensation.
