About the role
As our Associate Trade Marketing Manager, you'll support retail planning and activation across select accounts in partnership with Key Account Managers. You'll use data and insights to help shape strategic business plans, support collaboration with retail partners, and contribute to shopper-focused campaigns that connect with adults, parents, gift givers, shoppers, and consumers. You'll work across the LEGO® brand marketing ecosystem, helping deliver strong campaign execution through planning, activation, measurement, and learning.

Life on the team
You'll join the trade marketing pillar within a broader team that includes Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Relations, and Marketing Performance & Planning. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work in a hybrid rhythm and collaborate closely with colleagues across functions. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with others, adapts well to change, takes ownership, communicates clearly, brings new ideas forward, and pays close attention to detail.
What success looks like
Success means strengthening LEGO® brand presence across retail through thoughtful planning, activation, tracking, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the Trade Marketing team and a range of retail partners to help deliver exciting campaigns and ensure each activation contributes to annual marketing priorities. Over time, you'll become a trusted partner in turning strategy into effective retail execution.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position has a range from $95,458.00 - $143,188.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational set-up. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law when determining the salary. 
A bonus scheme with a target Bonus of of the annual base salary is in place for this position as well as a standard benefit package .The comprehensive remuneration details, incl. benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
