Growth Directors own Meta, Google, and work closely with our creative team to drive performance. You'll guide clients and teammates with clear forecasts, diagnostic reviews, and actionable recommendations, ensuring every ad dollar is evaluated through the lens of profit.
Above all, you are the strategic owner of your accounts: trusted to manage the relationship and bring solutions that align client business goals .

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategy & Account Ownership
- Own a book of 5+ DTC accounts end-to-end - strategy, execution, reporting, and retention.
- Build and maintain the media plan against the client's MER target and contribution margin goals.
- Translate revenue targets into daily/weekly pacing and budget allocation.
Media Execution
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google daily.
- Brief creative and QA every ad before it goes live and before the client sees it.
- Run creative testing cadence and refresh cycles to protect scale.
Client Communication
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for every account in your book.
- Run weekly performance calls, monthly strategy reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Translate complex platform data into plain language clients actually understand.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Holding a full book at or above the blended MER target for every client.
- Sub-5% monthly churn on established accounts.
- Clients describe you as their most trusted partner, not their ad buyer.
- Pushing learnings back into the team via briefs, Looms, SOPs, frameworks.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years running paid media for DTC ecommerce brands with direct account ownership.
- Proven ability to manage $100K+/month in paid spend across multiple accounts.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Fluency in blended MER, incremental ROAS, contribution margin, and Shopify reporting.
- Working knowledge of Magic Brief, ClickUp, Loom, Slack, and Google Sheets, or the ability to pick them up fast.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can run a client call and write a recap that doesn't need editing.
- High EQ. You read the room, hold boundaries with empathy.
