Original job description

The soccer coach will be responsible for:

Enthusiastically teach 4-14 children between the age 6 years old to 14 years old, for 60 min

classes/sessions;

Communicate instruction effectively and clearly to both parents and children, establishing a

positive relationship with each and every parent and player;

Ensure field is set up with equipment, and carefully clean up after coaching session;

Participate in ongoing training and in-house certification;

Participate in staff meetings; and

Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

The soccer coach is responsible for leading 60-minute training sessions for children aged 6 to 14 while maintaining a positive and professional environment. Additionally, the coach must manage field equipment setup and cleanup, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.

Requirements

The candidate must be able to communicate instructions clearly to both children and parents. A professional attitude and a commitment to ongoing in-house certification are required for this role.
