THE OPPORTUNITY
Noel Asmar Group designs uniform programs for luxury hotels, resorts, spas and medispas across North America and internationally. Our purpose is to elevate the people who elevate the experience. Our product is proven, our customers include some of the most recognized names in hospitality, and our pricing holds because buyers pay for quality.
What we need is a hunter. This role exists for one thing: opening new logos. You will find the properties that should be wearing Noel Asmar and are not yet, start the conversation, qualify the opportunity and bring it to the close. This is a phone first new business role. It is not account management, order taking or customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Who you target. Luxury hotels and resorts, destination spas and medispas. Inside each property you will sell across departments: spa, housekeeping, food and beverage and front of house.
- Who you talk to. General Managers, Spa Directors and Spa Managers, Directors of Housekeeping, F&B leaders and pre opening teams.
- Lead with the phone. Support every call with Apollo email sequences and LinkedIn outreach that are already written and running.
- Uncover departments, team size, current supplier, timing, decision maker and budget. Confirm the program has the volume to meet our production minimums. Small orders are directed to our online store. Not every conversation is a fit, and you will say so early.
- Land and expand. A first department is often the door to a full property, and a first property is often the door to a full brand. You think one step past the first order.
- Book and lead first conversations, run discovery and move qualified opportunities to the close alongside our Account Managers.
Where your new accounts go
- Owned brands. Properties within a brand group already owned by a NAG Account Manager are handed to that owner with complete notes and a booked next step.
- New independents and new groups. Sales leadership decides at handoff, based on account size, complexity and team capacity. You may keep the account to begin building your own portfolio, or it may move to one of our Account Managers.
- Either way. You are credited for the new business you source no matter who services the account.
HOW YOU WILL WORK
You are not starting from a blank page. The prospect maps, call scripts, Apollo sequences and lead routing rules are built. Your job is to run them with discipline and tell us what is working.
- Direct coaching. You train directly with our sales leadership: live call coaching, call reviews and a weekly one on one. Numbers first, then coaching.
- CRM discipline. Every call, email and next step is in HubSpot the same day.
- Price discipline. You sell value, not discounts. Pricing exceptions require approval from Sales leadership.
- Remote does not mean alone. You will work alongside our Account Managers on handoffs, join team calls and attend scheduled in person sessions.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
- Base salary. $55,000 to $62,000, based on experience and demonstrated results.
- Commissions paid quarterly on first year revenue from new logos you source, with accelerators above plan. During the first two quarters, part of the variable is paid on qualified meetings held while your pipeline builds.
- Consistent performance earns a path to your own portfolio of accounts and an Account Manager or senior business development role.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Two or more years in outbound B2B sales, business development or inside sales, with a track record against activity and revenue targets.
- Real comfort on the phone. You pick it up first, not last.
- Clear, confident written communication for email and LinkedIn.
- CRM and sequencing discipline. HubSpot and Apollo experience are assets.
- Working proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- Experience selling into hospitality, spa, wellness, aesthetics, apparel or uniforms is a strong asset.
WHO THRIVES HERE
- You make the next call without waiting to be told.
- A no today is information, not a verdict. You follow up professionally until you get a clear answer.
- Commercially curious. You ask the second and third question and listen for the real need.
- You own your numbers, good weeks and bad ones.
- You want feedback and you apply it fast.
HOW TO APPLY
Send your résumé with a short note that answers two questions. First, tell us about an account you opened from a cold first conversation: who, how and what it became. Second, share your activity and quota results from your most recent sales role. Numbers, not adjectives.
