On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

As Customer Success Coordinator, you will be at the center of customer communication, sales operations, and digital engagement playing a key role in how the brand shows up across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and internal teams to ensure a seamless and responsive customer experience. From managing inquiries and coordinating solutions to supporting e-commerce and marketing initiatives, this role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Requirements
- Ensure all incoming phone calls and customer service lines are answered promptly and professionally.
- Direct technical and product-specific inquiries to appropriate internal subject matter experts and ensure timely follow-up.
- Gather, coordinate and maintain customer responses and resolutions with sales and service teams.
- Ensure clear and professional communication across all customer interactions.
- Monitor social media platforms for messages, comments, and customer service inquiries.
- Direct inbound service or sales inquiries to appropriate internal teams.
- Assist in content creation, scheduling, and administration in coordination with marketing.
- Organize and delegate incoming emails and respond to high-priority customer messages.
- Process and prepare Amazon shipments.
- Follow up on orders older than 10 days.
- Update inventory and track order progress.
- Update and maintain pricing sheets across platforms.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on detailed tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually (experience dependent)
- Comprehensive health care plan
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office role, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
