Nous recherchons un contrôleur de gestion / comptable pour un poste permanent.
Lieu : Centre-ville de Montréal (station Place-des-Arts) En présentiel
Vos principales tâches seront :
- Analyse du grand livre et explication des écarts entre les résultats réels et le budget Suivi de la performance financière de l'entreprise ou des sociétés
- Compilation et analyse des rapports financiers, y compris la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels
- Préparation des budgets mensuels et annuels Élaboration et gestion des contrôles financiers conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise
- Communication des indicateurs financiers à la haute direction
- Encadrement et soutien des services de comptabilité, comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs et paie (RH)
- Gestion du cycle comptable complet, comptes fournisseurs et clients, conciliations bancaires et écritures de journal
- Soutien lors des audits
- Autres tâches selon les besoins
Compétences requises
- Expérience : 5 ans ou plus
- Titre professionnel (comptable) : un atout
- Expérience avec les états financiers Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de comptabilité / déclarations fiscales
- Formation : Baccalauréat (ou équivalent) minimum
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication
- Sens de l'initiative et autonomie
- Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de direction
We are looking for a controller / accountant for a permanent position.
- Location: Downtown Montreal (Station Place-Des-Arts and on-site parking)
Your main tasks will be:
- Analysis of the GL along with an explanation of actual results vs. budget
- Monitor the financial performance of the company or companies
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare monthly and annual budgets
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedure
- Communicate financial measures to senior management
- Provide leadership and support to accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll (HR) departments
- Full accounting cycle, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Support during audits
- Other tasks as needed
Required skills
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Title/designation an asset
- Experience with financial statements
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite and accounting software / tax declarations
- Education: Bachelor's degree +
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and autonomous
- Ability to work closely with a management team
