8+ years of hands-on Java development experience building large-scale, production-grade business applications and REST APIs.
5+ years of Angular experience (or comparable modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework) for front-end development.
Strong experience with Full Stack development, solution architecture, REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
Proven ability to reverse engineer and re-platform existing reporting/business logic, including WebFOCUS or equivalent BI/reporting platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, application deployment/support, and Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, query/report logic refactoring, and migration of existing reporting solutions into modern applications.
5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience; ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions with minimal supervision.
Experience in public-sector environments, AODA/accessibility standards, Power BI or Databricks is an asset.
