Hiring: Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM & Integration Specialist (OIC / ORC)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist to support a Digital Recruitment Modernization (DRM) initiative
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM / ERP implementations, configurations, and production support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, and Talent Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), FBDI, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in data migration, data conversion, interface design, and integration troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion configuration, security roles, workflows, approval rules, and Application/Page Composer.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for reporting and analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, recruitment lifecycle management, and employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
