Thryve is looking for an on-site Paid Acquisition Marketer to take complete ownership of our paid advertising performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will live inside ad managers and internal analytics.
You should know exactly what is happening with our spend, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, creative performance, attribution, and funnel at any given time, and must be capable of acting on that information immediately.
This is not a role where you check campaigns twice a week and send me a report.
You will be launching campaigns, analyzing performance, reallocating spend, testing creatives, identifying bottlenecks, killing what isn't working, scaling what is, and constantly looking for the next opportunity to improve performance.
You must be fast, obsessive, analytical, and decisive. I need someone who is able to see that something isn't working, figure out why, and start fixing it without waiting for somebody to tell you what to do.
You must have personally run successful paid campaigns before.
I don't care about marketing certificates or how many years you've worked in advertising.
I care about the spend you've controlled, what you've scaled, and the results you've produced.
Do not apply if your experience is primarily theoretical, agency account management, or overseeing somebody else operate campaigns.
You should be extremely comfortable with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- GA4 and attribution
- CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPM, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Creative testing and iteration
- Landing-page and funnel analysis
- Pixels, conversion tracking and event data
- Making decisions quickly from live performance data
We move extremely fast and I expect the person in this role to do the same.
This is a full-time, in-person role from our Vaughan office. This is not remote or hybrid.
Please apply with proof you can do this. Show me campaigns you’ve run, budgets you’ve controlled, results you’ve produced, and anything else that demonstrates you know how to make paid acquisition work.
I care significantly more about what you’ve actually done than credentials, certifications, or years on a resume.
