Role Description The General Manager at Tim Hortons in Ottawa, ON is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and efficient service. Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or retail management, including leading teams, delegating tasks, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

- Operational and organizational skills, including scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety standards, and quality control in a quick-service or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach team members and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
- Basic financial acumen, such as understanding budgets, labor costs, and performance metrics to drive store profitability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a quick-service environment.
- Previous experience in the food-service industry and familiarity with Tim Hortons brand standards is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is considered an advantage.
