ABOUT US
TNT Fibers is a composites shop in Dunnville that builds high-performance parts for racing and automotive customers. We're a hands-on team. Every part we make goes onto a car built to perform, so quality isn't optional. It's the job.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Fiberglass Fabrication Technician to join our production team. You'll take a part from a prepared mold to a finished, inspected component: gelcoat, layup, demold and first inspection. If you take pride in clean, consistent work and like seeing exactly what you built, you'll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Clean and prepare molds for gelcoat application
- Accurately measure, mix and apply gelcoats, resins and catalysts to spec
- Cut chopped strand mat (CSM) and other raw materials to size
- Lay up mat and resin in molds to make strong, consistent parts
- Demold finished parts and do the first quality inspection
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Track raw material use and help keep inventory stocked
- Follow all safety procedures, wear the right PPE and keep your work area clean and organized
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience in fiberglass or composites fabrication (gelcoat, resin and mat layup)
- A sharp eye for detail and a real commitment to quality
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Able to follow instructions and work on your own or as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical shop work and with working with resins while wearing PPE
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with carbon fiber, vacuum bagging or resin infusion
- Background in automotive, motorsport or marine composites
WHAT WE OFFER
- Steady, full-time work with a growing composites shop
- The chance to build parts that end up on real race cars
- A small, hands-on team where your work is seen and valued
- Room to build your skills across different composite processes

- Location: Dunnville, ON (on-site)
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Pay: $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
