Responsibilities
Lead and coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve team performance through continuous improvement and Agile metrics. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage the backlog, gather and document requirements, model business processes, recommend improvements, and support delivery standards and training.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification, and proven experience leading Agile teams. Candidates must also have business analysis and BPMN process-modeling experience, hands-on DevOps and CI/CD experience, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins, and strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
