Job Overview
We are looking for a Biomedical Sales & Customer Support Representative to handle customer calls, inquiries, product-related queries, and sales activities.
The ideal candidate should have a Biomedical Engineering background with 2–3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, technical sales, medical equipment, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and product inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Respond to technical and general queries related to biomedical and medical equipment.
- Identify sales opportunities from customer inquiries and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and product requirements.
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and business development activities.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, technical sales, medical equipment, or a similar role.
- Experience with medical, laboratory, diagnostic, or biomedical equipment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic technical understanding of medical/biomedical products.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
